Wedding Packages Include: partial kitchen access, bridal suite, groom's room, on-site planning prior to event, full access for event planners, undressed tables, beautiful downtown location, staff on-site during event, and a stunning historic building for an event to remember. 

**Full kitchen access is available on the first floor for an additional fee. This must be discussed with the caterer.


Booking Details:

50% downpayment due at reservation

Balance due 30 days before the event

    • Fri & Sat: $525 for up to 4 hours

    • Fri & Sat $1,100 for up to 9 hours

 

Classroom

    • $35/hour, 3-hour minimum​

    • Fri & Sat: $250 for up to 4 hours

    • Fri & Sat $725 for up to 9 hours

Specialized Space Rental: Specialized spaces are spaces that are on our calendar for potential long-term rental, but do not have a tenant yet. We are willing to rent out these spaces until a tenant is found.
